Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Xplore Dimension. We strive to provide high-quality digital assets to our creator community. Please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy below before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
All products sold on Xplore Dimension are digital assets. Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, your order is instantly processed, and access to the digital file is immediately granted in your My Orders section. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these digital deliveries, order cancellations are not possible once the payment is completed.
2. General Refund Policy
By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
- Change of mind after the purchase is complete.
- Accidental purchases of the wrong product.
- Incompatibility with your software (please review product requirements carefully before buying).
- Lack of knowledge or expertise to use the digital asset.
3. Exceptions: Corrupted or Damaged Files
We take pride in the quality of our assets. The sole exception to our no-refund policy is in the rare event that the digital file provided on our website is inherently corrupted, severely damaged, or structurally broken upon download.
If you encounter a technical defect with the file itself, our technical support team is committed to resolving it for you.
How the Resolution Process Works:
- Step 1: Report the Issue. Navigate to the Product Details Page of your purchased item. You will see a Red Flag Icon indicating that you own the product. Click this flag to submit a technical report directly to our team.
- Step 2: 24-Hour Resolution. Our team will manually inspect the reported file. If a structural defect is found, we will fix the asset and upload a new, working version directly to your My Orders page within 24 hours of your report.
- Step 3: Refund as a Last Resort. In the highly unlikely event that our technical team is unable to fix the corrupted file or provide a working replacement within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be initiated back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
4. Processing Timelines
If a refund is exceptionally approved due to an unfixable corrupted file as outlined in Section 3, the refund will be processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank or payment method used during checkout, the credited amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
